When I was contacted by a PR from
www.cystex.com and asked to talk about Cystex, my first thought was that I don't know enough about the product to talk about it! However, my next thought was that I do have Urinary Tract Infections (UTI's) and would love to know more about the causes, preventions and remedies!

Through many UTI's over the years I have heard that drinking cranberry juice helps, that cutting out caffiene is helpful and that some UTI's are caused by antibiotics! Well, whats a girl to believe? I'm glad to say that I don't have a UTI right now, but with my "tract record" I'm sure it won't be long until I do! Then I'll be very glad that I have Cystex in the medicine cabinet!
